Bike through Park Angrignon Forest stop at the rapids then bike to the start of lake St Louis in Lachine with a stop along the way for coffee and or food

- We. bike to Angrignon Park a large wooded park in Lasalle
- We may stop at Cafe Central , 2376 Rue Allard, for one of our stops
- We then go to the Rapids Park, 7770 Blvd. LaSalle, where we will likely see some surfers on the way
- After that stop we peddle out to the tip ifnLasalle into the Rene Levesque Park which juts out into lake t Louis
- We then peddle back to super c parking lot along the Aqueduct
- Meet-Up Spot: This ridfe start east of Atwater Market, in. the Super c parking lot near the Pharma Prix at north end of parking lot. A BIXI station is nearby as well as a bike shop if you would prefer to rent one of their bikes.
- Helmets: Mandatory for all riders.
