Highlights of ride

• The Champlain Bridge ice bridge multi‑use path gives you huge, open sky and “big infrastructure” views of Champlain bridge.
• Nun’s Island has a ring trail in large part hug the shoreline, with long shaded stretches and intermittent skyline views.
• Café Welina, is well suited for a mid-ride flop in a chair.
• This river, bridge, and islands ride makes my brain go “oh, this is a trip, not just exercise.”

Meet-Up Spot: All rides start east of Atwater Market, in. the Super C parking lot near the Pharma Prix at north end of parking lot. A BIXI station is nearby as well as a bike shop if you would prefer to rent one of their bikes.

Helmets: Mandatory for all riders.
