We pedal together at a pace that suits us all — focusing on the journey, not the race. We will stop at a Café Central for food and or drink
- Start: Girouard Park corner Girouard and Cote st Antoine
- Description
- We pedal to Angrignon Park (3500 Trinitaires Blvd), a large wooded area featuring a big pond.
- Nearby is Café Central (2376 Rue Allard, Montréal, QC H4E 2K9), which has a cozy, home-like atmosphere with couches, a coffee table, and traditional tables and stools.
- We then bike along the south side of Montreal Island, following the St. Lawrence River and stopping at Rapids Park (7770 Blvd. LaSalle, Lasalle, Quebec H8P), where we often spot surfers on the route
- The river ride finishes at René Lévesque Park (398 Chem. du Canal, Lachine), offering an excellent view of Lake St. Louis.
- We return to our starting point along the Aqueduct.
- Duration : to 3.5 hours with about 1hour + on the bikes
- Maps: We will be using Google maps Bike mode for those that want to follow on a map
